Ce qui a un jour commenc\u00e9 par un v\u00e9lo de livreur s\u2019est d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 pour devenir l\u2019une des entreprises de transformation de la viande de b\u0153uf les plus modernes des Pays-Bas.<\/p>\n<p>Au fil des ans, les acheteurs ont commenc\u00e9 \u00e0 privil\u00e9gier certaines parties du b\u0153uf, si bien que Rene Van der Horst a d\u00e9cid\u00e9 de passer d\u2019une production traditionnelle \u00e0 une am\u00e9lioration de la viande de b\u0153uf. Un changement qui ne s\u2019est pas fait tout seul, mais a exig\u00e9 de lourds investissements, tant dans les b\u00e2timents que dans les machines et dans le personnel.<\/p>\n<p>Dans les ann\u00e9es quatre-vingt, la direction s\u2019\u00e9toffe avec l\u2019arriv\u00e9e de Marco et d\u2019Eric Van der Horst. La direction actuelle se compose pour le moment du seul propri\u00e9taire Marco Van der Horst.
