MASTERS IN MEAT

From purchasing to logistics, we do everything we can to offer the highest possible quality in every process.
We have specialists in every area who work with passion on their profession.

PURCHASE

All our suppliers are screened for reliability, certification and quality. All conditions are laid down in an agreement between the parties and are binding.

RECEPTION

Our carcasses are checked in accordance with purchasing specifications for:

  • Origin and documents
  • Slaughter date
  • Temperature and visual condition
  • PH
  • Hygiene

All our incoming goods receive a unique batch/lot number for track and trace. In this way we can automatically see for each party from whom and to whom we have delivered.

Microbiological samples are also taken from all batches by an independent accredited laboratory. We test for aerobic germ count, enterobacteriaceae, salmonella and escherichia.

PRODUCTION

Our production is carried out by skilled technicians and is supervised by expert production managers. Within our inline production process we work in batches. These charges include; regular, QS or halal and are checked in accordance with protocols.

Each phase is monitored daily and several times for:

  • Start hygiene (agar)
  • Personal hygiene
  • Interim cleanings
  • Cuts and vacuum
  • Fat percentage measurement trimmings

PACKAGING

We have suitable packaging for every product and every wish. For example, we pack our fresh and frozen items unpackaged, deep-drawn or in shrink wrap. These can be delivered in crates, boxes, jumbo boxes, dolav or frozen naked (block).

With every delivery we make, the origin data is assigned to the delivered product. We do this by placing our unique batch/lot number on the label. In this way we can trace everything for you and for us.

This data consists of:

  • Slaughter date
  • Production date
  • Best before date
  • Lot number (batch number)
  • Country of birth
  • Manure land
  • Slaughterland
  • EEC number of the slaughterhouse
  • Country where it is boned and EEC number of production company
  • Name and weight of the delivered product

After the products are packed, they go in line for checking by the metal detector.

ORDER PICKING

After your order has been received, it will be entered into our system and can only be processed via barcode scanning. In this way we can track your order for completeness and correctness. A database is also built up in this way that can help you and us in terms of need and quality.

TRANSPORT

We deliver conditioned throughout Europe and therefore work together with renowned transport companies. Just in time is the key to success in this collaboration.

HYGIENE

When your delivery is on its way at the end of the production day, we provide the basis for a good start. After the end of production, it is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected. We work with expert people, biological and environmentally friendly resources. With high-pressure cleaning, everything is first sprayed clean and then foamed. After this phase, disinfection and rinsing takes place. Every morning before production starts, our own people carry out a general check and inspection with Agar control. This is to assess whether the company is really clean. Only in this way can we guarantee that this last but certainly not unimportant link is a good basis for being proud of our BRC, OS and Halal certificates.
